WKU-PDC-20 12-042: You are invited to bid on supplying all equipment, materials, labor, permits, etc. for the Gary Ransdell Hall Infrastructure Upgrade on the campus of Western Kentucky University. Mr. Ben Johnson, Project Manager shall be in charge of this project. Please contact Warren Whitfield, Manager of Construction Purchasing by e-mail at warren-whitfield@wku.edu for any information or clarifications you may need about the bid. As soon as an answer is available it will be emailed back to you. If it affects the bid specifications, a written Advice of Change will be issued to all bidders.

This is a prevailing wage job. There shall be no changes made to the bid documents without being in writing from the Department of Purchasing. Western Kentucky University is an equal opportunity employer.

This project is an underground duct bank project which includes digging and excavation. This includes but is not limited to installation of underground electrical and communications concrete encased duct bank. Installation will include approximately 8 communications and 8 electrical man holes, and each to be grounded. This will also include site restoration in its many forms.

Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of plans and specs are available for a purchase of $45.30 payable to Lynn Imaging. Sets may be ordered through this website by using a Credit Card or Lynn Account.

There will be a $17.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground payable to Lynn Imaging. Delivery surcharges are subject to change. There will be an $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
