WKU-PDC-2012-050: You are invited to bid on supplying all equipment, materials, labor, permits, etc. to Install Panda Express at Garrett Conference Center on the campus of Western Kentucky University. Mr. Dan Channey, Project Manager shall be in charge of this project. Please contact Warren Whitfield, Manager of Construction Purchasing by email at
warren.whitfield@wku.edu for any information or clarifications you may need about the bid. As soon as an answer is available it will e-mailed back you. If it affects the bid specifications, a written Advice of Change will be issued to all bidders.
This is a prevailing wage job. There shall be no changes made to this bid documents with being in writing from the Department of Purchasing. Western Kentucky University if an equal opportunity employer.
WKU will be installing Panda Express in the Garrett Conference Center on the main campus. This will be a conversion of an existing space and will require all trades under a General Contractor.
There will be a
mandatory pre-bid meeting will Mr. Chaney on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 10:00 AM CDT located at the Project Site, Garrett Confernce Center, meet at the main door on Hilltop Drive.
This meeting is mandatory and all vendors wishing to submit a bid are required to attend or your bid will be rejected. Subcontractors's attendance is not mandatory, however they are welcome to attend.
