WKU-PDC-2013-069: You are invited to bid on furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, permits, etc needed for the HVAC Upgrade -- Ivan Wilson Recital Hall Project for the campus of Western Kentucky University. Mrs. Kerra Ogden, Project Manager shall be in charge of this project. Please contract Warren Whitfield, Manager of Construction Purchasing at
warren.whitfield@wku.edu for any information or clarifications you may need about the bid. As soon as an answer is available it will be e-mailed back to you. If it affects the bid specifications, a written Advice of Change will be issued to all bid holders.
There shall be no changes made to the bid documents without being in writing from the Department of Purchasing. Western Kentucky University is an equal opportunity employer. This project shall be for the upgrade of the HVAC system for the Ivan Wilson Recital Hall as directed by the terms and conditions of the bid. Services needed for this job will be mechanical, electrical, and controls.
There will be a
mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled with Mrs. Ogden in the conference room of the Planning, Design, & Construction Departments on the WKU campus on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Anyone wishing to submit a bid must have representation at this meeting. Subcontractors are not required, but are welcome.
