There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled with Mrs. Ogden in the conference room of the Planning, Design, & Construction Department on the the WKU campus on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Anyone wishing to submit a bid must have representation at this meeting. Subcontractors are not required but are welcome.

WKU-PDC-2013-07: You are invited to bid on furnishing all the labor, equipment, materials, permits, etc needed to Restore Original President's Home Project for the campus of Western Kentucky University. Mrs. Kerra Ogden, Project Manager shall be in charge of this project. Please contract Warren Whitfield, Manager of Construction Purchasing at warren.whitfield@wku.edu for any information or clarification you may need about the bid. As soon as an answer is available it will be e-mailed back to you. If it affects the specifications, a written Advice of Change will be issued to all bid holders.
There shall be no changes made to the bid documents without being in writing from the Department of Purchasing. Western Kentucky University is an equal opportunity employer. This is a prevailing wage job.
This project shall be for the upgrade and restoration of the original WKU President's home for repurposing. All trades will be needed on this project.
