WKU-PDC-2013-036: You are invited to bid on supplying all equipment, materials, labor, permits, etc. for the High Voltage Upgrade Phase VI on the campus of Western Kentucky University. Mr. Ben Johnson, Project Manager shall in charge of this project. Please contact Warren Whitfield, Manager of Construction Purchasing by e-mail at
warren.whitfield@wku.edu for any information of clarifications you may need about the bid. As soon as an answer is available it will be emailed back to you. If it affects the bid specifications, a written Advice of Change will be issued to all bidders.
This is a prevailing wage job. There shall be no changes made to the bid documents without being in writing from the Department of Purchasing. Western Kentucky University is an equal opportunity employer.
This will be an upgrade of part of the electrical infrastructure on the main campus of Western Kentucky University.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting with Mr. Johnson on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 10:00 AM CST located at the Planning Design & Construction Conference Room in Parking Structure #1, Room 134.
This meeting is mandatory and all vendors wishing to submit a bid are required to attend or your bid will be rejected. Subcontractor's attendance is not mandatory, however they are welcome to attend.
